2 groomers on same ticket

I used to be able to put 2 groomers on one ticket and it wont let me now. Please help. Tks

Chances are that one of them groomers has been marked as an independent contractor. In 123Pet, two employees can not be on the same ticket if one or both of them are marked as an independent contractor. To change the employee’s settings so that they are no longer considered an independent contractor, go to Employees at the top of the software and then select Edit Employees. From there, double click on the employee’s name and press the independent contractor tab. On this page you should be able to uncheck the box that says, “This person is an independent contractor.”
