Changing the Length of an Appointment
These instructions will help you modify the length of an appointment by changing service duration times on open tickets. Once you’ve added a service to a ticket, you can easily change the details of that service.
- Create a new ticket or open an existing ticket.
- On the line for the service you wish to adjust the service length for, double click in the Mins column.
- Enter in the number of minutes that the service will take in this case.
- Click Schedule/Leave Open to save the changes you’ve made to the appointment.
