Resetting Your Remote Access Password

These instructions will help you reset the password for your DaySmart (Remote Access) account if you have forgotten it.​

Reset using a web browser
  1. Navigate to https://online.123petsoftware.com/.
  2. Click the forgot your password? link under the password box.
  3. Type the E-mail address for the account in the dialog box and click the Reset my password button.
A password reset link will be e-mailed to the address you entered. 

Reset using the iPhone or iPad app
  1. Select Help from the Log In screen of the app.
  2. Select Reset Password in the Support section.
  3. Type the E-mail address for the account and select Done.
A password reset link will be e-mailed to the address you entered.

Reset using the Android app
  1. Select the Question Mark (?) icon from the Log In screen of the app.
  2. Type the E-mail address for the account and select Reset.
A password reset link will be e-mailed to the address you entered. 

After you have signed into your E-mail address, clicked the link to reset the password, and created a new password, you will be able to sign in to your account again.
